Research Institute in Rome_Polo Tecnologico Industriale Romano.
Innova’s work field is research. The building hosts its Headquarters in newly opened Rome’s Technological Park. We came out with a three story building. The lower level accommodates chemical, electronic and software labs. Upper levels host offices and meeting rooms. Stairwells enliven the concrete clad facades. The building energy performance is enhanced by sunscreens and a wide brise soleil shading the terrace.
